Ordering Process

1.Product Inquiry & Quotation
Customers can browse our products on our official website and contact us based on their specific needs. We will provide a quotation accordingly.


2.Quotation Confirmation & Order Details
Once the customer accepts the quotation, we will provide the order details. The customer may proceed with the order after confirming all details.


3.Placing an Order via Alibaba
After confirming the quotation, customers can complete the order by signing the contract and placing the order through our
Alibaba store.


Payment Terms
●For orders below USD 3,000: Full payment is required via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
●For orders above USD 3,000:
   ○30% deposit upon order confirmation.
   ○70% balance payment before shipment.

●Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard
●Wire Transfer (T/T)
●PayPal, PayPal BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later)
●Apple Pay, Google Pay
●PIX, OXXO (regional payment systems)

●Real-Time Bank Transfer (GC)
●Boleto (ONLY available to buyers whose country of registration and delivery address are both in Brazil)

Order Processing & Shipping
Once payment is confirmed, we process the order and, if necessary, arrange production. Products are shipped via reliable logistics services, and tracking details are provided through Alibaba’s system.

 

Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, customers can track their shipments directly through Alibaba's system. By logging into your Alibaba account, you can view real-time updates on your order status, including shipment details and estimated delivery time.

 

Receiving & After-Sales Support
Upon receiving the products, customers are encouraged to inspect them. If any issues arise, customers can contact us or utilize Alibaba’s dispute resolution services for support.
