Warranty Coverage
Yichang Zhaofeng Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. (referred to as "ZFYB") ensures the quality and performance of its products. We offer a warranty policy to provide customers with peace of mind.
1.Warranty Period
o All ZFYB products include a 12-month warranty starting from the shipment date.
o Some products may qualify for extended warranties. Refer to individual product specifications or contact our customer support team for details.
2.Warranty Scope
o The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal operational conditions.
o It does not cover damages resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, unauthorized repairs, or external factors such as accidents or natural disasters.
3.Warranty Process
o To file a warranty claim, customers must provide the product serial number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect.
o Once validated, ZFYB will repair or replace the product without additional charges.
Return Policy
We aim for customer satisfaction. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it as per the policy outlined below.
1.Eligibility for Returns
o Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the product remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
o Custom-designed products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
2.Return Process
o All returns are processed through Alibaba’s Trade Assurance platform, which provides buyers with protection for their orders. If a product is defective or does not meet expectations, Alibaba’s platform will facilitate a claim for a refund. 3.Refunds and Charges
o Refunds for approved returns will be processed using the original payment method.
o A restocking fee (up to 15%) may be charged for non-defective products.
o Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from a product defect or error caused by ZFYB.
