Product Overview

The instrument uses a high-performance pressure sensor combined with high-precision electronic components, featuring strong overload and shock resistance, high stability, and excellent measurement accuracy. After the pressure signal is collected by the sensor, it is processed through a circuit conversion module and transmitter module, ultimately providing a two-wire (4–20) mA output.

The instrument is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with standards such as GB/T 3836. The explosion-proof marking is Ex ia I Ma. When used with a flameproof and intrinsically safe DC stabilized power supply, the instrument achieves intrinsically safe performance.

The instrument features a compact structure and is available in multiple specifications, measuring ranges, process connection types, and material options. The measuring range can be adjusted via a handheld communicator without any modification to the sensor or circuit board. It is widely used for pressure measurement in underground and surface coal mining equipment, significantly improving the automation and control level of mining systems.

Our company provides compliant intrinsically safe power supplies and signal isolation converters. The isolator can supply intrinsically safe power to the sensor and convert intrinsically safe current signals into non-intrinsically safe current, CAN bus, or RS485 output signals.
