1. Product Overview


The TMS Series Vehicle-Mounted Intelligent Explosion-Proof Multi-Parameter Monitoring System is an integrated intelligent monitoring solution specially designed for mobile liquid storage and transportation equipment, including oil tank trucks, hazardous chemical transportation vehicles, fuel delivery vehicles, and other special-purpose liquid transportation equipment.

The system consists of an explosion-proof multi-parameter sensor unit and a vehicle-mounted intelligent multi-parameter display unit. It enables real-time measurement, local display, alarm management, positioning, and remote monitoring of multiple parameters, including liquid level, temperature, pressure, liquid volume, vehicle location, and transportation status.

According to different application requirements, the system provides various measurement configurations to meet the intelligent monitoring needs of different types of liquid storage and transportation equipment.


(1) Integrated Liquid Level & Temperature Detection Solution

The integrated liquid level and temperature detection solution adopts a combined design that integrates liquid level sensing and temperature sensing elements into a single sensor unit. It can simultaneously collect liquid level and temperature data inside the tank and transmit the measurement information to the vehicle-mounted intelligent multi-parameter display unit through digital communication.

With a compact structure, convenient installation, and reliable operation, this solution is suitable for conventional oil tank trucks, fuel transportation vehicles, and general liquid storage and transportation applications.


(2) Integrated Liquid Level, Pressure & Temperature Detection Solution

The integrated liquid level, pressure, and temperature detection solution adopts a multi-parameter sensor capable of simultaneously measuring the liquid level, internal pressure, and temperature of the tank.

By monitoring multiple key parameters of the transported medium, the system provides comprehensive information on tank operating conditions and improves safety during transportation. This solution is suitable for pressurized tanks, hazardous chemical transportation vehicles, and other applications requiring comprehensive monitoring of liquid storage conditions.


(3) Radar Liquid Level & Temperature Detection Solution

The radar liquid level and temperature detection solution consists of an explosion-proof radar level sensor and an explosion-proof temperature sensor.

The explosion-proof radar level sensor adopts high-frequency electromagnetic wave reflection technology. By measuring the propagation time of electromagnetic waves between the sensor and the liquid surface, it realizes non-contact liquid level measurement.

The explosion-proof temperature sensor adopts a high-precision temperature sensing element to achieve real-time measurement of medium temperature.

With no mechanical moving parts, this solution features stable measurement performance, high reliability, and easy maintenance. It is suitable for applications requiring high measurement accuracy and strong adaptability to complex operating conditions.


The vehicle-mounted intelligent multi-parameter display unit integrates data acquisition, signal processing, parameter display, alarm management, positioning, and communication functions. The system supports multiple communication interfaces, including RS485 and CAN2.0B, and can display real-time information such as liquid level, temperature, liquid volume, and vehicle operating status. Through BeiDou/GPS dual-mode positioning and 4G wireless communication, vehicle location information, operating status, and measurement data can be uploaded to a remote monitoring platform, enabling visualized and digital management through mobile terminals and computers.

The system adopts an explosion-proof structural design with high reliability, strong vibration resistance, and excellent environmental adaptability. It can be widely applied in oil transportation, hazardous chemical transportation, fuel distribution, and other mobile liquid storage and transportation fields, effectively improving transportation safety monitoring and intelligent management capabilities.
