Product Overview

The signal isolator functions as a safety barrier, providing intrinsically safe power supply and signal conversion for field intrinsically safe devices. The isolator supports four types of signal conversion to satisfy various application requirements.

The signal isolator integrates intrinsically safe power output, dual-channel CAN bus signal acquisition or dual-channel current signal acquisition, and signal output (selectable from RS485, CAN2.0B, or current signal output). It features a compact structure and is equipped with an OLED display and buttons for parameter configuration, making installation and maintenance convenient. When used together with intrinsically safe transmitters, it can be widely applied in underground or surface coal mine equipment for the measurement and control of pressure, temperature, level, differential pressure, flow, tension/compression force, and other parameters. This product must be installed and used in a safe area or within a flameproof enclosure. It adopts a standard 35 mm DIN rail mounting method.
