SFG Series Intelligent Oval Gear Flow Display Controller
The SFG series intelligent oval gear flow display controller uses a precision gear-type volumetric flow sensor to measure medium to high viscosity, non-corrosive, clean, and lubricating liquids. It is ideal for low to medium flow detection in applications like multi-point lubrication systems, with a flow range of 0-0.3 L/min to 0-250 L/min and a maximum pressure of 40MPa. The sensor requires a clean medium free from particles and ferromagnetic impurities.

Overview:

Measurement Type: Gear-type volumetric flow sensor

Applications: Medium to high viscosity, non-corrosive, clean, and lubricating liquids. Ideal for multi-point precision lubrication and batch flow control.

Display Features: OLED display showing real-time flow values, units, and optionally, medium temperature or accumulated flow.

Working Pressure: Maximum of 40MPa

Connections: Suitable for clean, high-quality fluids without particles or iron impurities; filter precision recommended at 80μm.

Installation: Compact and easy to install with vertical or horizontal positioning preferred to avoid tilt-induced errors in the gear shaft.
