GLC25/100 Mining Explosion-proof Flow Sensor
The GLC25/100 mining explosion-proof flow sensor (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) adopts a precision gear flow sensing element. It is suitable for medium- to high-viscosity liquids (typically with viscosity ≥10 mm²/s), non-corrosive, clean, and lubricating media for low- to medium-flow measurement and control. The measuring range is from (0–0.1) L/min to (0–250) L/min. It is suitable for precision multi-point lubrication flow distribution, monitoring, and batch control, and can also display medium temperature. The maximum working pressure can reach 32 MPa. The working medium must not contain particulate or ferromagnetic impurities; a combined filter is recommended. High-viscosity versions can be used for lubricating grease flow measurement.

Product Overview

The GLC25/100 mining explosion-proof flow sensor (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) adopts a precision gear flow sensing element. The measuring range is from (0–0.1) L/min to (0–250) L/min. The upper section of the instrument is a flameproof structure, using a cast stainless-steel enclosure designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 3836 standards. The explosion-proof marking is

Ex db I Mb. The lower section is a purely mechanical gear flow measurement sensing component.

The instrument integrates local display, control output, and transmitter output in a compact structure. It is easy to install and maintain, and is widely used for flow signal detection and control in underground and surface coal mining equipment, significantly improving automation levels.

Explosion-proof Structural Features

The enclosure is made of stainless steel with a flameproof design. The viewing window is made of tempered glass. The cable entry device complies with the Ex cable entry requirements specified in the appendix of GB/T 3836.1. A mining cable with an outer diameter of (8–12) mm must be used.

Installation Method

Threaded installation. For special products, other mounting methods such as flange type or quick-plug connectors can be provided upon request. The gear shaft shall be installed either vertically or horizontally relative to the ground.
