Product Overview

The instrument adopts a precision gear mechanism and is suitable for medium- to high-viscosity liquids (typically with viscosity ≥10 mm²/s), non-corrosive, high-cleanliness, and lubricating media for low- to medium-flow measurement and control. It is also suitable for multi-point precision lubrication flow distribution, monitoring, and batch control. The instrument can simultaneously display medium temperature, and the maximum working pressure can reach 16 MPa. The working medium must not contain particulate or ferromagnetic impurities. A combined filter with a filtration accuracy of 100 μm is recommended. High-viscosity versions can be used for lubricating grease flow measurement.

The instrument is equipped with a high-precision conversion circuit and a 4-digit LED display, integrating local control output and transmitter output in one compact unit. It also features RS485 communication output. The design is compact and easy to install and maintain, and it is widely used for liquid flow signal detection and control in underground and surface coal mining equipment, significantly improving automation performance. The product also provides flow pulse output for cylinder displacement measurement and control.

The upper section adopts a flameproof structure with a cast stainless-steel enclosure designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with GB/T 3836 standards. The explosion-proof marking is Ex db I Mb. The lower section is a purely mechanical gear flow sensing assembly.
