The instrument adopts a precision gear mechanism and is suitable for medium- to high-viscosity, non-corrosive, high-cleanliness, and lubricating liquids for low- to medium-flow measurement and control. The working medium must not contain particulate or ferromagnetic impurities. High-viscosity versions can be used for lubricating grease flow measurement. It is also equipped with a high-precision conversion circuit, providing one independent switch output and a (4–20) mA current signal output. The instrument features a high-brightness digital tube display and three operation buttons for simple and intuitive operation. It offers clear indication, powerful functions, and a compact structure with multiple connection options. It is widely used for oil flow signal monitoring in underground and surface coal mining equipment, and is also suitable for measuring ultra-high-viscosity media such as lithium-based grease No. 2.
The upper section of the instrument adopts a stainless-steel enclosure designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 3836 standards. The lower section is a purely mechanical gear flow sensing assembly. The display head supports rotation up to 330°.
Our company provides compliant intrinsically safe power supplies and signal isolation converters. The isolator supplies intrinsically safe power to the sensor and converts the intrinsic safety current signal into non-intrinsically safe current, CAN bus, or RS485 output signals.
