The GLW15(B) mining intrinsically safe turbine flow transmitter (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is a flow measurement and control device based on a turbine flow sensor. It has wide applicability and is equipped with a high-precision conversion circuit, providing a (4–20) mA current signal output. Parameters can be set via the display head buttons. The display head supports rotation up to 330°. The measuring range can be adjusted by replacing the purely mechanical turbine sensing assembly, with a maximum range turndown ratio of 1:10.

The upper section of the instrument adopts a stainless-steel enclosure, while the lower section is a purely mechanical turbine sensing assembly. It is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with GB/T 3836 standards.

Our company provides compliant intrinsically safe power supplies and signal isolation converters. The isolator supplies intrinsically safe power to the sensor and converts the intrinsically safe current signal into non-intrinsically safe current, CAN bus, or RS485 output signals.
