Product Overview

The instrument uses a Class A Pt100 platinum resistance sensor as the temperature sensing element, featuring high sensitivity and fast response. Combined with a high-precision signal conversion and transmitter circuit, it provides a stable and reliable two-wire (4–20) mA current output.

The instrument is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 3836 explosion-proof standards. The explosion-proof marking is Ex ia I Ma, providing intrinsic safety performance.

The instrument features a compact structure and offers multiple measuring ranges, process connection types, and material options. It is suitable for temperature measurement and control in underground and surface coal mining equipment, significantly improving automation levels in mining applications. The measuring range can be adjusted via a handheld configurator without modifying the sensor or circuit board, providing flexible operation and easy maintenance.

Our company provides compliant intrinsically safe power supplies and signal isolation converters. The isolator supplies intrinsically safe power to the sensor and converts the intrinsic safety current signal into non-intrinsically safe current, CAN bus, or RS485 output signals.
