The GLD20-KXJ24 mining explosion-proof tension/compression sensor system consists of the GLD20 intrinsically safe tension/compression sensor and the KXJ24 explosion-proof and intrinsically safe control box. Designed for high-accuracy force and weight measurement, the system is suitable for various mining applications such as belt scales, hopper scales, electromechanical combination scales, universal testing machines, hook scales, and other force measurement systems. The GLD20 sensor features a robust S-beam structure made of 40Cr alloy steel, enabling both tension and compression measurements with high precision, stability, and excellent output symmetry. The KXJ24 control box integrates display, signal output, and control functions, providing real-time monitoring and automated control in hazardous mining environments.
