Product Overview


The GNC15 mining explosion-proof & intrinsically safe ultrasonic concentration sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) adopts an ultrasonic measurement principle. It detects the sound velocity of ultrasonic waves in liquid media with different concentrations and temperatures, and converts it into the concentration of the medium.

The sensor is mainly used for concentration detection of emulsified fluids used in cooling and lubrication in machining industries, as well as general mining emulsions. It provides a convenient online measurement method for safe and economical emulsion preparation. It is widely applied in mechanical processing, mining operations, and underground support systems.

The sensor is a flameproof electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres and can be used in coal mine underground environments containing coal dust and methane explosive gases.
