CP Micro Differential Pressure Gauge
The CP series micro differential pressure gauges are elastic-type gauges featuring a frictionless magnetic spiral motion and a rubber diaphragm as the sensing element. These gauges provide quick readings of positive, negative, or differential pressures with a pointer, offering shock resistance, motion stability, and overpressure protection. They don’t require liquid filling, avoiding issues like vaporization, freezing, or odors. These gauges are used in applications such as fan and blower pressure, filter resistance, air velocity, furnace pressure, and medical device monitoring.

Overview:

Types: Elastic-type micro differential pressure gauges

● Applications: Measure pressure in systems like fans, blowers, filters, furnaces, orifice plates, gas bag water levels, liquid amplifiers, and hydraulic systems. Also used in combustion process control and medical device monitoring.

● Features: Frictionless magnetic spiral motion for precise measurements; shock-resistant and overpressure protection; no liquid filling required, eliminating vaporization, freezing, and odor issues.

● Rated Working Pressure: Not exceeding 100 kPa

● Overpressure Protection: Valve opens at approximately 160 kPa to prevent leakage.

 Process Connection: NPT 1/8″ or M10*1 (internal thread, can connect with rubber hose fittings), two sets (side and back).

   o Case Material: Cast Aluminum Alloy

● Accuracy: 2.5 grade, 4 grade
