ZF-WZK Series Armored Resistance Thermometer
The ZF-WZK series armored resistance thermometer is a compact, flexible, and vibration-resistant temperature sensor. Compared to assembly-type RTDs, it is suitable for installations in constrained spaces. It features high-precision imported platinum elements, fast response time, and long service life. The stainless-steel sheath is filled with high-density insulating material, providing strong resistance to contamination and mechanical stress, making it ideal for harsh environments. The explosion-proof version (Exd Ⅱ CT5Gb) is suitable for hazardous gas environments.

Overview:

Types: Mineral-insulated platinum RTD (WZK, WZPK), explosion-proof models

Applications: Measures temperatures from -200°C to 500°C in industrial processes, suitable for harsh environments where standard RTDs cannot be installed

Features: Small diameter, flexible, vibration-resistant, fast response time, high mechanical strength, excellent electrical insulation, and strong resistance to contamination

Explosion-proof: Certified (Exd Ⅱ CT5Gb) for hazardous environments with explosive gas mixtures (IIA, IIB, IIC, T1-T5)

   o Resistance Ratio: R100/R0 = 1.3850 (R0 = 100Ω ±0.06Ω for Class A, ±0.12Ω for Class B)
